Turn 9, you're on 7; you hold A (Grove of the God-Willow) and Scored it this turn — a Recruit keeps it. At base: Petty Officer (5, [Assault]: 6 attacking) and two more Recruits, all ready. Viktor (Herald of the Arcane) is on 5 and holds B with Thousand-Tailed Watcher (7, exhausted); Viktor, Innovator (3) waits at his base. He has two ready runes and three cards in hand — his deck runs Siphon Power ([Reaction]: friendly units at a battlefield +1, enemies -1 this turn) and Stupefy. You hold High Note (3 Energy, [Reaction]: give a unit -Might this turn equal to the number of exhausted units you control), Encore (3 Energy + [C]: choose two — deal 2 / two Recruits / +1 Might to up to two units / look at two, draw one) and a Vanguard Sergeant (4) you can't afford, with two ready runes. Your Legend, Starry-Eyed Songstress: "As an additional cost to play a spell, you may exhaust me and three friendly units to reduce the cost of that spell by [2]." Take B.

The Final Point: One point from victory, a Conquer gives you the final point only if you've Scored every battlefield this turn — by a Hold or a Conquer, either counts. Otherwise it draws a card instead. You've already Scored Grove of the God-Willow (A) this turn — it stays Scored, whoever is there now. Conquering Minefield (B) scores your final point.

How to play
  • Move: drag ready units onto a battlefield (or click units, then click where they go). They wait there, faded, until you press Confirm in the panel on the right — units that fight together must move together.
  • Runes: playing a card pays from them on its own. To float Energy or Power first, click a rune: Tap gives Energy, Recycle gives Power.
  • Cards: drag a card from your hand onto its target, or click it and then click the glowing target. The play waits in the panel on the right until you confirm it (Esc cancels).
  • Abilities:click your Legend (one click uses its ability), Gear, or a unit's ✧ badge.
  • Point at any card to see it large; right-click to read it. Hint, Undo and Retry are at the top.
