You're on 7 points; you hold The Academy (your exhausted Ziggs, Short-Fused is there — friendly gear deal 1 Bonus Damage) and have already Scored it this turn. Angler Beast (5) holds Bandle Tree. Vex holds Defy (Reaction[Reaction]: counter a spell costing [4] and [C] or less) and a Calm rune. Eager Drakehound (3) is Ready at base. You hold Hexplosive Minefield and Shimmering Swimmer (3 Energy, 3; "You may kill a friendly unit or gear as an additional cost to play me. When you play me, if you paid the additional cost, deal 2 to a unit"), with two Fury and two Chaos runes. Your Legend, Hexplosives Expert, plays a Bomb for [1][C]. Take Bandle Tree.

The Final Point: One point from victory, a Conquer gives you the final point only if you've Scored every battlefield this turn — by a Hold or a Conquer, either counts. Otherwise it draws a card instead. You've already Scored The Academy (A) this turn — it stays Scored, whoever is there now. Conquering Bandle Tree (B) scores your final point.

• Move: drag ready units onto a battlefield (or click units, then click where they go). They wait there, faded, until you press Confirm in the panel on the right — units that fight together must move together.
• Runes: playing a card pays from them on its own. To float Energy or Power first, click a rune: Tap gives Energy, Recycle gives Power.
• Cards: drag a card from your hand onto its target, or click it and then click the glowing target. The play waits in the panel on the right until you confirm it (Esc cancels).
• Abilities:click your Legend (one click uses its ability), Gear, or a unit's ✧ badge.
• Point at any card to see it large; right-click to read it. Hint, Undo and Retry are at the top.
