Mordekaiser, Dominating

Order
Card textWhen you play me or when I attack, you may discard 1 to kill a unit or gear.

An 8 that kills something when he lands and again every time he attacks — each for one card from your hand. Count your hand before you commit: no card, no kill. And the kill on attack resolves before damage, so take out the blocker that would have stopped him.
