Vex, Cheerless

Chaos
Card textWhile I'm in combat, friendly spells cost 1 Energy + [C] less to a minimum of 1 Energy, and enemy spells cost 1 Energy + [C] more.

Vex turns every combat she's in into a discount for you and a tax on them. Cast your spells after the fight starts, not before — and count their runes: with her in the fight, the answer they were holding may cost more than they have.
