Conquer and Hold
Battlefields give you points in two ways. Each is worth 1 point.
- Conquer: you take control of a battlefield during a turn, by winning a fight there or by walking into an empty one. The point comes straight away.
- Hold: you still control a battlefield when your turn starts. The point comes right at the start of your turn, before you play anything.
Holding only counts at the start of your turn. So a battlefield you take and keep is worth a point now (Conquer) and another at the start of each of your turns (Hold). A point you've scored is yours to keep, even if you lose the battlefield later.
Last turn you conquered A and left a unit there. Your new turn starts and A is still yours. What happens?
You move a unit into an empty battlefield and nobody stops you. Is that a Conquer or a Hold?
- Bandle Tree. Take it and you Conquer. Keep it and you Hold.

- Hallowed Tomb. The second battlefield: another point to take, another to keep.
