Tokens
A token is a unit or a piece of gear that a card makes during the game. It isn't in your deck or your hand: it comes straight onto the board.
A token is real. A token unit has Might, can move and fight, and can be hurt. Like any unit, it comes in exhausted unless the card that makes it says otherwise.
A token is not a card. When it dies or leaves the board, it ceases to exist. It doesn't go to your trash, so it can't be recycled or brought back.
- Recruit: a token unit with 1 Might. Your Legend, Herald of the Arcane, makes one for [1] and [Exhaust].
- Gold: a token piece of gear. Kill it (and exhaust it) to add one Power of any Domain.
- Herald of the Arcane (Legend): [1], [Exhaust]: play a 1 Might Recruit.

- Renata Glasc: your tokens enter ready.

- Gold: spend it once for one Power; it's gone afterwards.

Your Recruit token dies in a fight. Where does it go?
You make a Recruit this turn with nothing special in play. Can it move to a battlefield right away?
